HDR PHOTOGRAPHY
Have you ever noticed that Real Estate photos on the internet look different than most of the other photos on the internet? That is because they are usually HDR Photos. HDR stands for “High Dynamic Range”. This is achieved through special camera techniques and software and allows you to utilize all of the highs and lows in an image. This is what gives Real Estate photos that extra pop and is the technique I use.
TWILIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY
I don’t know of a better way to show off a beautiful home. These pictures are taken before the sun crests the horizon in the morning or after the sun has set during a very specific window of several minutes.
AERIAL DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY
The use of drones has opened up a whole new way to look at Real Estate. Not only does it provide an excellent vantage point to view a house, it also is very useful in showing a property’s proximity to the local amenities. I am licensed by and compliant with the FAA. I also carry all necessary insurance for drone aviation.
